Internet Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Internet Outbound Telesales Consultant to engage with potential clients over digital platforms, present products or services, address customer inquiries, and close sales. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of telesales processes and excellent communication skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce Forbtech's digital services and products.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs, offer solutions, and handle objections to close sales.
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software to log calls, update customer records, and track progress.
- Follow up on leads and prospects promptly, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and service offerings to maintain expert product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound telesales within a digital environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
