Business Development Manager Opportunity

Unframed People Services LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our property auction business. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business, focusing on building and leading a sales team to drive revenue and client acquisition in the property auction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and market trends.
