A leading financial services company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Leader to oversee the development of a national CRM platform used by financial advisors.

In this senior role, you'll:

* Design and develop cutting-edge features for the CRM platform, client portals, and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
* Champion the transformation of the platform's architecture to a modern C# microservices approach.
* Craft secure, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance optimization.
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, BAs, testers, and business partners.
* Employ Agile/Scrum methodologies and advocate for continuous process improvement.
* Leverage DevOps principles to streamline development and deployment.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

* 8+ years of experience in a senior developer or similar role.
* Proven expertise in C# development and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
* Experience with CRM and client portal solutions in the financial services industry.
* A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
* The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

Bonus points for:

* Knowledge of PHP development.
