Job Title: Leadership Development Manager

At Rand Mutual Admin Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business outcomes and support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and revise existing leadership development content to enhance engagement, functionality, and visual presentation.
  • Design and deliver leadership training programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Develop and implement coaching and mentoring frameworks to support leadership development.
  • Manage leadership development program logistics and administration, including pilot tests, focus groups, and classroom training.
  • Conduct needs assessments to define training needs of the current manager population.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement a framework for leadership competencies.
  • Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs and report on results to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • NQF Level 8: Honours Degree in business, human resources, education, psychology, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in people-development program design and management with increasing levels of responsibility and scope.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience focused specifically on leadership/organizational development for an organization.
  • Experience in program and project management, instructional design, and adult learning theory.
  • Strong diplomacy skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all levels of leadership and vendors.
