Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for ebike fleet.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and data management.
  • Maintain knowledge of ebike systems and components.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of ebike electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric (N4) qualification.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in a technical role, particularly with ebikes or similar electronic/mechanical equipment.
  • Solid administrative and data management skills.
  • Familiarity with wiring, electrical, and electronics work, as well as software troubleshooting.
  • Valid South African ID and Drivers License.
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, MS Word, Excel); CRM/SAP experience a plus.
