Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alpha HR Management (Pty) Ltd. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and will report directly to the Winemaker.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The individual should be proactive, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a genuine interest in the wine industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Management: Oversee the management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and organization of inventory.
- Stocktaking: Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Wine-Related Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to the wine industry, including compliance with SAWIS, Wine & Spirit Board, Department of Agriculture, and Vinlab requirements.
- Reworks Oversight: Manage reworks such as bottling, labelling, and waxing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Sample Management: Drop off and collect samples from labs as needed.
A market-related salary will be provided to the successful candidate.
