Digital Solutions Sales Executive

As a Sales Specialist at Mezzanine, you will be accountable for delivering the quarterly and annual sales targets across the identified sales channels.
You will be responsible for:
Sales
Present and demonstrate an applied understanding of all platforms/solutions, as well as their business models, pricing and value proposition. Identify and proactively develop new sales and opportunities and provide first-line contact for leads where relevant. Promote the company at selected conferences and exhibitions and support Marketing with marketing material.
Account Management
To achieve the annual and quarterly targets, you will identify and communicate upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities. Stay on top of accounts, making sure that customers/clients are serviced according to their needs. Regularly meet with internal teams to find new ways to improve business and clearly communicate progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Generate progress reports and forecast and track key account metrics.
Stakeholder Management
Your role will also include identifying channel sales staff training and development needs, promoting and maintaining a positive working relationship between stakeholders by developing a keen understanding of them and managing engagement and communication.
