About the Role

We are recruiting a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to support our business in the medical devices industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers via telephone, email, or fax, while also learning about our company's products and services.

You will use My Mediset software to create, release, and amend Theatre Care rental kit bookings and assist with the Loaner Application used for case bookings.

Our ideal candidate has excellent financial acumen, which will enable them to provide special pricing in certain circumstances, such as medical aid limits and hospital group pricing.

The successful candidate will have experience in producing usage reports/KPI reports as required and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Email.

This role requires strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will work closely with colleagues in a diverse team environment.

Please note that flexibility in working hours is required to cover shifts within a 24-hour working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  2. Create, release, and amend Theatre Care rental kit bookings using My Mediset software
  3. Assist with the Loaner Application used for case bookings
  4. Provide special pricing in certain circumstances
  5. Produce usage reports/KPI reports as required
  6. Instigate system queries to invoice and credit customers as needed
  7. Produce customer feedback reports
