Duties & Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled Truck Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with a point-of-contact scenario and ensuring efficient liaison meetings take place at the Dealer level.
  • They will contribute to sales CSM results and grow customer satisfaction and relationships by achieving or exceeding agreed monthly targets.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for vehicle selection, load body fitment/procurement, vehicle delivery and handover, payment processing, and deal file closure.
  • The Truck Sales Executive will also be expected to follow up with prospective customers, visit them at least twice a month, and maintain regular contact with current customers.
  • Furthermore, they will ensure timely invoicing of vehicles and support the process, as well as manage vehicle payments to debtors within the terms and conditions of sale.
  • In order to be successful, the Truck Sales Executive must prepare and present each customer quotation, including an electronic mass distribution drawing (side view).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of truck sales experience is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate should have sufficient knowledge of trucks and the industry, as well as project management skills.
  • They must have their own database and a proven record of sales success.
  • A strong understanding of the Road Traffic Act and Regulations, as well as HTM/Transolve experience, is essential.
  • Additionally, the Truck Sales Executive must be able to understand CPK and calculate in various applications, know vehicle bodies legal and client specifications, and be willing to grow and share knowledge with the team.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office are required, as well as integrity and honesty, and the ability to read and write English.
  • No criminal record is mandatory, and Hino experience is highly advantageous.
  • Code 10 or 14 driver's licenses can also be beneficial.

We offer a highly competitive market-related basic package, plus an above-average commission structure paid from unit 1 with a progressive sliding scale.
