Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational area to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
  • Manage guest queries and complaints effectively
  • Led a team of staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Foster strong relationships with guests to drive loyalty and retention
  • Take charge of the establishment in the absence of the General Manager
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Duty Manager and 3 years in an Operations Management position in a 4/5 Star Hotel
  • Proven experience in various areas of hotel operations
  • A polite, friendly, and strong personality with excellent communication skills
  • Well-spoken and well-presented individual with leadership qualities
  • Grade 12 certificate and computer literacy
  • Previous experience with Opera and Micros is an advantage
  • A formal hospitality degree or diploma is preferred
