Business Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales efforts for our construction-focused products, technologies, and solutions. This dynamic role involves building strong client relationships, developing new business, and managing an assigned portfolio within the construction sector, with a focus on road building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for the allocated region, prioritizing revenue growth.
- Engage with new and existing clients to promote products and solutions, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.
- Establish and maintain strong, credible partnerships to enhance business growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the construction or similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in road building.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
