About the Role:
This is a permanent engineering position that requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network architecture, and incident response. You will work closely with clients to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring their service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support and services to clients, including incident response, problem management, and change management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their network infrastructure and security requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, applying advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of resolving complex technical issues.
