Job Overview:
NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Network Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and services to clients, ensuring their network infrastructure is secure and running optimally.

About the Role:
This is a permanent engineering position that requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network architecture, and incident response. You will work closely with clients to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring their service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support and services to clients, including incident response, problem management, and change management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their network infrastructure and security requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, applying advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and network architecture, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network architecture, and incident response.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
