The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and assisting the Academic Department at School to train and develop academic facilitators to become transformative facilitators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform the quality of facilitation and ensure excellent delivery to students.
- Develop and implement academic excellence strategies.
- Collaborate with academic facilitators to enhance their pedagogical skills.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to meet the needs of academic facilitators.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field (adult/tertiary education and learning).
- Extensive experience as a facilitator at the tertiary level.
- Proven track record in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience.
