Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Learner Success Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our learners, ensuring their academic success, and maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance. If you're passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to learners, including onboarding, course quality assurance, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Learner Success Coach to ensure seamless support and alignment.
  • Act as a point of contact for learners seeking support for pastoral, technical, and academic issues.
  • Confirm course schedules with industry experts and learner success coaches.
  • Monitor and update learner tracking tools, generating reports for business needs.
  • Manage queries and respond within required time frames using Zendesk and the dialer.
  • Provide partnership support and coordination as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions, adhering to internal guidance and protocols.
  • Vet gradebooks and learner results to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Create and distribute certificates and statements of results.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to meet business, client, and learner needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination and academic support.
  • A strong understanding of Higher Education regulations, processes, and the education landscape.
  • Excellent administrative and reporting abilities, particularly in an academic context.
  • A passion for learner support and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Work Environment

We offer a hybrid role with a Cape Town-based location. You'll need access to a stable and fast internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace at home.

Working Hours

Shift work: 8:00-17:00, Mondays to Fridays, and 12:00-20:00 alternate Mondays and Wednesdays, with Saturday 8:00-13:00. Hybrid role: Cape Town based.
