Job Title: Educate Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educate Leader to join our team at Intercon Recruitment. As an Educate Leader, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one academic support to students, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in academic support or teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
