Administrative Support Specialist

Boy Louw Inc. is a boutique law firm seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the reception and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a professional image of the company
- Operating the switchboard efficiently and effectively
- Scheduling meetings and managing the diary
- Purchasing and distributing stationery and kitchen stock
- Performing various administrative tasks, including FICA and petty cash management
- Supervising duties, including the cleaner and messenger
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification, such as Office Administration
- At least two years' experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of switchboard operations
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with experience in Ghost Practice a plus
- Good technological skills, including MS Teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- A neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- The ability to work independently and with integrity
