Business Development Professional

Kapico SA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Professional, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving strategic growth initiatives within the automotive aftermarket industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence in the automotive aftermarket sector, identifying potential clients and new market segments, and assisting in the identification and development of new products and product extensions.
You will also be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of our products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives. They will have a proven track record in business development or sales, with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
