About Us
Multiform Human Development is committed to excellence in construction project management. We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Contracts Director, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including tender preparation, project planning, and client relations.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards


Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction project management, with at least 15 years of experience in the field. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Projects and other construction software. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
