Administration and Support Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Administration and Support Staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing client information and claims, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Essential Tasks
- To manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to client information and claims.
- To possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resolving issues independently or seeking assistance when needed.
- To develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients and staff, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- To be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' work experience in an administrative role, preferably within the medical field.
Possess a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent, with relevant certification a plus.
Excellent language skills, including Afrikaans and English, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and staff.
A non-smoker and owning transport are essential requirements for this position.
