Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to client information and claims.
  • To possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively interact with clients and staff.
  • To demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • To be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' work experience in an administrative role, preferably within the medical field.

Possess a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.

Must have excellent language skills, being able to speak, write, and calculate correctly in Afrikaans and English.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Metric proficiency and the ability to use correct measurement units.

A non-smoker and owning transport are also essential requirements for this position.
