Job Title: Director of Commercial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Operations to join our team at Headhunters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trading channels locally and globally, as well as managing the procurement and sales of products in line with our company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for procurement of core products and manage the necessary workforce to achieve these goals.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient exports of our products.
  • Represent the company regionally and internationally to make deals and negotiate agreements.
  • Work along the value-chain to control spending and develop new methods to improve efficiency.
  • Develop new ideas and business plans in line with our company's strategy.
  • Manage the assigned work and team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meet with stakeholders to represent the company and resolve any issues that may affect our business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in the English language is mandatory.
  • Excellent computer skills, with high MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
