Hotel Operations Director required for a leading hospitality company, Profile Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, including revenue management, expense control, and profitability analysis, to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and maximize occupancy rates, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, hygiene, and guest accommodations, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating leadership abilities and a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of local hospitality market trends and competition, with a keen eye for innovation and opportunity.
  • Certification in hotel management or hospitality industry accreditation, a plus in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
