  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives;
  • Provide expert guidance on all HR matters, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits;
  • Develop and maintain world-class HR policies, processes, and practices that support business excellence;
  • Manage the organization's design and structuring, including functional design, role profiling, and job evaluation;
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Develop and manage HR systems, including payroll, benefits administration, and learning administration;
  • Provide periodic reports to ExCo and RemCo on relevant people matters;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR activities;
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor on all HR-related matters.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a financial services sector;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions;
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Experience with HR systems, including payroll, benefits administration, and learning administration;
  • Strong project management and time-management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, or other relevant certifications are an added advantage.
