About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings and communications, and preparing project reports.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of project plans, including creating project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Support the management of project finances, including tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, and provide support for project-related events and activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project-related processes and procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
