Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

At MMI Holdings Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that business requirements are understood and translated into system and process functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from all business units to gather, record, and test user requirements for new and existing technology initiatives.
  • Analyse and understand business requirements and document them into requirement specifications and functional specifications.
  • Contribute to translating business goals into design in line with systems architecture.
  • Ensure the quality delivery of requirements and business process specifications that meet agreed deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with solutions teams and end-users to ensure requirements compatibility and end-user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Relevant business analysis qualification or certification from a recognized training institution.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Proven experience in implementing large projects.
  • Exposure to the Short-term Insurance industry is an advantage.
Competencies:
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels.
  • Ability to liaise with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good facilitation skills with the ability to engage with audiences and obtain requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in both 1-to-1 and larger group settings.
