Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. This includes:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to drive business growth.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
- Working closely with clients to understand their pain points and develop targeted solutions to address their needs.
Goals

- Delivering exceptional client satisfaction ratings through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets through targeted outreach and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
Risk and Compliance
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Mitigating risks and meeting legislative requirements through ongoing training and awareness.
- Reporting suspicious transactions to the relevant department.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the asset management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Experience Level
We are looking for an individual with:
- 2-3 years of working experience as a Client Services Consultant within the Asset Management industry.
- Experience with Investments/Pension Funds/Retirement Fund in an Asset Management Business.
- A sound technical understanding of Collective Investment Schemes and Retirement product.
