The client relationship manager will leverage their knowledge and experience in retail client relationship management and fund administration processes to enhance the overall client experience.

- Efficiently respond to external queries and assist the client service team with investigations and resolutions.
- Oversee the delivery of outsourced services to ensure that service levels and SLAs are consistently met.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues and complaints.
- Facilitate and coordinate the client onboarding experience.
- Monitor and validate the complete process of investments and disinvestments.
- Prepare and distribute customized reports, working closely with data analysts and developers to enhance reporting quality.
- Foster good internal relationships across departments to ensure quality support and service delivery.
- Support the maintenance of client information in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce risks and increase operational efficiencies.
- A minimum of 3 years in a related client relationship management or reporting role within Asset Management or financial services.
- Experience in Financial Services sectors, such as LISP, Collective Investment Schemes, and ETFs, is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Financial Services industry, specifically in Asset Management.
- Familiarity with investment administration systems and regulatory legislation is essential.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom in Accounting, Finance, or Investments).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- A client-centric approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
