Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Identify and target potential clients in the Construction industry, establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, and understand clients' needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their technical features, articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner to clients, and collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, and prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Solution Consultation: Act as a consultant to clients, offering expert advice on how our products/services can address their challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients, negotiate terms and conditions to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Proven track record in technical sales or a related role
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products/services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
