Job Summary:

Verve Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled Solar Energy Cost Estimator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our renewable energy organization, you will play a crucial role in providing cost estimation oversight and support for business development initiatives.

About the Role:
- Provide cost estimation oversight and support sales and development teams in preparing competitive proposals and RFP responses.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and as-built documents to determine accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and procurement teams to confirm cost and specifications.
- Evaluate sites, review documents, and determine project feasibility.
- Work with procurement teams to confirm material estimates and assist with research and development as required.
- Coordinate site visits as needed and assist with sales proposal and bid documents for clients.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in cost estimation or project estimation.
- Solar/renewable energy or construction industry experience.
- Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, Autodesk Inventor, Eplan Software, or similar tools.

Benefits:
The ideal candidate will enjoy working remotely from the comfort of their home and have the flexibility to work extended hours during daylight saving time. Weekly hours are reduced from 45 to 35 hours while maintaining full compensation, reflecting the inconvenience of working late hours.
