Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mall Facilities Director to join our team at Mowana Properties. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shopping centre, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and secure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact.
  • Tenant Satisfaction: Work closely with tenants to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all facilities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, and identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in a related field, such as facilities management or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
