Job Overview

This role involves working with customers to deliver exceptional cloud services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to meet annual customer retention and renewal revenue targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying growth opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely support for partner and customer queries via digital channels, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver revenue outcomes in line with expectations, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote collaboration with Sage Business Partners to coordinate 90-day renewal planning and maximize joint efforts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide insights, flag growth opportunities, and unlock incremental revenue streams.
  • Influence business lines to resolve escalated issues efficiently, adding value at every turn.
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Spearhead Sage's cloud migration strategy, ensuring customers are prepared for the future.
  • Explore opportunities to go above and beyond, delivering additional value to customers.
