Key Account Professional for Cloud Services

This role involves working with customers to deliver exceptional cloud services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to meet annual customer retention and renewal revenue targets.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying growth opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely support for partner and customer queries via digital channels, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Deliver revenue outcomes in line with expectations, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promote collaboration with Sage Business Partners to coordinate 90-day renewal planning and maximize joint efforts.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide insights, flag growth opportunities, and unlock incremental revenue streams.
- Influence business lines to resolve escalated issues efficiently, adding value at every turn.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Spearhead Sage's cloud migration strategy, ensuring customers are prepared for the future.
- Explore opportunities to go above and beyond, delivering additional value to customers.
