About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Leadership Position candidate to join our team at Spilastyle Cc. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations across campus.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Director of Facilities in managing daily maintenance operations across campus, including leading and supervising the maintenance team.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and perform routine maintenance on building mechanical equipment and facilities.
  3. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs, manage tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
  4. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general maintenance issues, and building fixtures (including locks, doors, hinges, and furniture).

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance leadership or management is required.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a maintenance team, including strong communication skills to motivate and manage effectively.
  3. Hands-on experience performing building maintenance tasks, with preferred experience in facilities management, plumbing, carpentry, or construction.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
