About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Leader to join our team at Cape Union Mart Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining a positive and productive work environment, by leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business results and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • 3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification, with Microsoft computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A clear criminal record and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
