Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Asia region.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans to expand the customer base.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
    • Participate in regular meetings with the operations and logistics teams to align on client needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • At least two to three years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Exposure to the freight forwarding industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
