Job Summary

A dynamic and efficient Office Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring all administration and sales tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office activities
  • Provide exceptional client service, including issuing delivery notes and handling queries
  • Handle all business correspondence via email
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties, such as sending invoices and capturing supplier invoices
  • Monitor stock levels and place new orders with suppliers when necessary
  • Proactively contact clients to offer services and products
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Assist the owner with administrative tasks
  • Capture data accurately and efficiently
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Tertiary education would be beneficial
  • Prior experience as an Admin/Office Manager is essential
  • Familiarity with HR services and recruitment processes
