The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role. Proficiency in MS Office is required, as well as a drivers license and own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General office administration, including reception duties and team support
  • Managing petty cash, office expenses and purchase orders
  • Ordering stationery and supplies for the office
  • Coordinating travel and training bookings for staff
  • Coordinating catering for training sessions and meetings
  • Managing office contracts, IT support and board meeting minutes
  • HR Administration

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
