Job Details:

This role involves managing financial transactions, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations. If you have experience in purchasing and production management, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers.
  • Capturing supplier invoices and reconciling statements.
  • Coordinating supplier payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Checking bank transactions daily and ensuring timely reconciliation.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing and production management role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and production processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Salary: Negotiable (R420,000 - R480,000) depending on experience
