The Legends Agency is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Recruitment and EOR team. As an experienced recruiter or administrative professional, you will be responsible for assisting our team in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. CV Preparation and Management:
  • Prepare and tailor CVs to match job requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CV database for efficient retrieval.
Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Arrange interviews and meetings between candidates and recruiters/clients.
  • Coordinate calendars and send invitations to all parties.
Reference Checks and Compliance:
  • Conduct bulk reference checks quickly and accurately.
  • Document and report outcomes to recruiters in a timely manner.
  • Verify and maintain candidate documentation (ID, qualifications, and certificates).
Reporting and Communication:
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activity.
  • Keep the team informed on candidate progress and available positions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with recruitment tools.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry. Knowledge of compliance and labor laws is advantageous.
