About the Role

This First Line Management position is responsible for the overall performance of a Team of Sales Agents in the Contact Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the daily operations of the team, including monitoring sales targets and staff productivity.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and compliance adherence.
  3. Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  4. Identify and resolve people-related problems e.g. conflict of interest, absenteeism and disciplinary matters.
