Call Centre Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced call centre supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our call centre operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee customer interactions, ensuring professional service and compliance with service level agreements.
- Monitor and assess call handling quality, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience within the automotive industry or managing customer service for automotive brands is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of call centre operations, quality assurance, and customer service best practices.
