About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Costing & Warranty Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately costing warranty job cards against actual work done, ensuring compliance with Dealer standards, and maintaining an up-to-date filing system for all costing/warranty documents.

In addition, they will ensure that all claims adhere to policies and procedures for audit purposes, providing excellent administrative support to the Service department.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the motor industry as a Warranty and Costing Clerk.
  • Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like BMW, Range Rover, Audi etc.
  • Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
What We Offer

As a Costing & Warranty Administrator with First Degree Recruitment, you can expect a competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
