About the Role

The Recruitment Council is currently seeking a talented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Managing Director and contributing to the success of our organisation.

Main Duties:
  • Coordinate email and diary management for the MD, ensuring efficient use of their time.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, arranging meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Manage the MD's technology and CRM systems, maintaining accurate records and updating client information.
  • Support the preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, and documents, attending meetings to take notes and track action items.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
