Executive Support Officer

At Pronel Personnel, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage daily tasks efficiently while providing support for project activities.
We require:
- A proven track record in an administrative role.
- Exceptional communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- A high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in maintaining office records and supporting scheduling and event coordination.
- Standard working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily administrative support, including answering calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborating and maintaining office schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Preparing and filing reports, documents, and records in an organized manner.
- Assisting with basic project tasks, such as tracking timelines and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Helping organize and manage project-related documents and communication.
- Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
- Maintaining office logistics, including managing office supplies and equipment.
