Insurance Leads Coordinator Specialist

Your post-graduate degree in finance or business can help you succeed in this role. We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and develop leads in our financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational:
- Develop a strong knowledge of our company's products and services to provide excellent client service.
- Implement and manage the lead process for business referrals from internal divisions, marketing endeavors, new business requests, and orphan clients.
- Engage with MDs and individuals responsible for lead management to ensure correct processes are followed.
- Marketing:
- Understand our company's value proposition and apply it to contact and qualify leads.
- Measure and report on leads generated from marketing activities.
- Devote efforts to build relationships with non-sales-ready leads to keep our company's products top of mind.
- Sales:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to stay informed of activities and ensure correct lead setup and reporting parameters.
- Communicate lead allocation commission splits and expectations to financial advisors.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Review and analyze the client base to assess lead characteristics and ensure time and resources are spent effectively.
- Create a leads dashboard and reports, providing feedback to the Chief Revenue Officer.
