Job Title: Insurance Leads Coordinator

Your post-graduate degree in finance or business can help you succeed in this role. We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and develop leads in our financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational:
    • Develop a strong knowledge of our company's products and services to provide excellent client service.
    • Implement and manage the lead process for business referrals from internal divisions, marketing endeavors, new business requests, and orphan clients.
    • Engage with MDs and individuals responsible for lead management to ensure correct processes are followed.
  • Marketing:
    • Understand our company's value proposition and apply it to contact and qualify leads.
    • Measure and report on leads generated from marketing activities.
    • Devote efforts to build relationships with non-sales-ready leads to keep our company's products top of mind.
  • Sales:
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to stay informed of activities and ensure correct lead setup and reporting parameters.
    • Communicate lead allocation commission splits and expectations to financial advisors.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Review and analyze the client base to assess lead characteristics and ensure time and resources are spent effectively.
    • Create a leads dashboard and reports, providing feedback to the Chief Revenue Officer.
