Insurance Relationship Manager

At Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Broker Channel Development Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance broker relationships and drive business growth.
- Process applications, handle queries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Make and receive calls to brokers to generate leads and maintain existing relationships.
- Act as a first point of contact for resolving broker queries and complaints.
- Collate and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Generate reports on broker contacts and panel performance.
- Monitor the performance of brokers and external partners.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent.
- 3-4 years' experience in sales and distribution in long-term insurance.
- Experience in marketing or sales in banking/financial/insurance/business services.
