Job Title: Italian-Speaking Customer Service Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking customer service sales representative to join our team at RMV Solutions Pty Ltd. As a customer service sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in Italian and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent a prestigious airline brand across various services.
  • Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel inquiries in the customer relations department using Italian and English.
  • Utilize airline reservations systems and manage voice calls in English and Italian along with written correspondence.
  • Receive fully paid training on products and systems.
  • Engage daily with international passengers to address queries and provide assistance.
  • Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain client service levels.
  • Work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive call center environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be a native Italian speaker with fluency in both verbal and written communication (Advanced level may be considered).
  • Preferably located in South Africa.
  • Must hold a permanent residence permit or South African ID.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and technical skills.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
Employment Terms and Conditions:
  1. Annual Compensation: R190,000 CTC (R15,833 per month).
  2. Full-time Permanent Contract: 40 hours per week with 8-9 hour shifts per day.
  3. Rotational shifts from Mondays to Fridays, including rotational Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as operationally required.
  4. Working hours may vary based on client needs.
  5. Training Duration: 16 weeks (Fully Paid).
  6. Probation Period: 4 months.
  7. Health insurance benefits covered by the Company.
  8. Option for Office-Based or Remote Position.

For the remote position, a personal home fiber internet line and UPS solution are required for work from home.
