Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Consultant

RMV Solutions Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in German and English languages.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer service professional with native-level fluency in German language to work from home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet specific key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in German and English languages
  • Assist passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries
  • Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German
  • Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in German language (verbal and written skills essential)
  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
  • Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
  • No criminal record
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
Employment Terms and Conditions:
  • Remuneration: R200 000 CTC per annum
  • Full-time, permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day
  • Operational hours: 24/7; 365 days per week
  • Training: 4 weeks (fully paid)
  • Probation period: 4 months
  • Health insurance benefit (paid for by the company)
  • Work from home may be considered (fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost)
