Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service And Sales Representative

Our client is a leading provider of inbound multichannel customer support services across various industries. They operate from strategically located centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru, and also have a work-from-home team in Namibia. As an international award-winning multilingual contact centre, they understand the importance of their staff and the relationships they build with clients. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking customer service and sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international passengers, handling customer inquiries, and working on airline reservations systems. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in German, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to international passengers in German and English languages
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German
  • Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements
  • Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
  • UPS Solution required during load shedding
