Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service And Sales Representative

Our client, a leading international award-winning multilingual contact centre, is seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer service and sales representative to join their team. As a key member of their customer relations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers in German and English languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in German and English languages
  • Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German, including some written correspondence
  • Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
  • Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
  • Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment

Requirements:

  • Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
  • UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
  • Fully paid product and systems training provided
  • Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
  • Probation period: 4 months

Work Environment:

Our client offers a fully remote work environment, with a 40-hour workweek and rotational shifts, including Mondays to Sundays and public holidays as operationally required. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.

Training and Development:

Our client provides fully paid product and systems training, as well as a 4-week training period. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
