Job Title: Sales Business Development Specialist

Profile Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing business relationships, increasing customer spend, and conducting process evaluations to introduce improvements and latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain existing business relationships on specific accounts
  • Increase customer spend by selling across the range
  • Conduct process evaluations and introduce improvements and latest technology
  • Prospecting and new business development
  • Manage customer engagement, utilizing the SPI / Xsellorate sales system
  • Meet with the line manager for progress updates and strategy change or focus
  • Manage product pricing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years sales / selling experience within the industrial sector
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transport
  • Sales and or marketing qualifications

Skills:

  • Syspro System / ERP or similar required
  • Proficient in MS office package
  • Human relations expertise
  • Sales skills, must include CRM or sales process experience
  • Prospecting/ business development experience
  • Knowledge of the occupational health and safety act
